Who issues the certificates?
Aimm Training issues a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment to each learner who completes the required training and is assessed as competent.
Do employees train together?
No. SMART Training Station allows employees to complete practical training individually, when it best suits them and the workplace.
Does a trainer need to attend every session?
SMART Training Station guides the individual practical training experience and captures the learner’s performance evidence. Aimm Training retains responsibility for assessment and certification.
What does the workplace need to provide?
A suitable location, access to power and connectivity, participating employees and a nominated local coordinator.
Can SMART Training Stations be deployed at multiple sites?
Yes. The same equipment, training workflow and support model can be deployed consistently across multiple workplace locations.
