How it works

A simple pathway from nomination to certification

1. nominate
The workplace identifies employees who require CPR or fire extinguisher training
2. enrol
Aimm Training enrols each learner and provides their preparation and training instructions
3. train
The employee completes practical training individually at the workplace SMART Training Station
4. ASSESS
The learner’s practical performance evidence is provided to Aimm Training for assessment
5. certify
Aimm Training issues a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment to each learner assessed as competent
6. report
The workplace receives visibility of training completions and certification status

Traditional group training requires one date to suit everyone.
